Practice Overview

  • Choose between joining an established group or assuming an existing patient panel through physician succession
  • Tailor your practice with a balanced mix of obstetrics and gynecology or emphasize your preferred clinical focus
  • Access Da Vinci robotic surgery and a broad range of OB and GYN procedures

Schedule

  • Shared 1:10 call rotation with three-day call blocks
  • Weekend call compensated separately for additional earning potential
  • Established patient demand with the opportunity to build a busy practice quickly
  • Flexibility to customize your practice based on your interests

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary of $375,000-$400,000
  • $50,000 sign-on bonus
  • Comprehensive malpractice coverage, including tail insurance

Candidate Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
  • New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply
  • Comfortable providing comprehensive OB and GYN care
  • J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship available; robotic surgery experience is welcomed but not required
