• Additional Info: Position will spend two days at Chicago Heights location, and two days at South Holland, and one day telemed. - 10 Hour Shifts 4 Days per Week or 8 Hour Shifts 5 Days per Week - Provide continuous, comprehensive primary care for infants, children, youth, and adults according to current standards of care - Make diagnoses and prescribe medication as necessary QUALIFICATIONS: - IL License REQUIRED
