Doctor of Medicine | Oncology - Radiation
Location: Galesburg, IL

About the Position

• Requirements: Board Certified, Active Illinois License, BLS. 
• Schedule: Coverage needed 2 weeks in June through Oct. 2. no call, holidays or weekends. Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm

• Locum will be responsible for patient evaluation, simulation and dosimetry treatment planning, prescription for radiation therapy, weekly assessments of patients under treatment, and post-treatment patient follow-up.
• The physician is also responsible for checking daily images for verification of alignment and accuracy of treatment.
• Clinic Coverage only! 
• Cases - External beam treatments, OTV's and follow ups
  Procedures required - on site supervision for compliance, checking SRS's, on treatment visits, follow up or consult
• EMR: EPIC
