About the Position

• Requirements: Board Certified, Active NY License, will consider licensing the right candidate. 
• Schedule: Clinic Coverage: Mon - Fri 8a - 5p. Need 1-2 providers. Call 5p-7a Mon-Fri with 1-2 days in the OR performing minor ENT (ear tubes, tonsils, etc). Potential occasional weekend call . 

Please see below for additional job details:

•  Community call coverage at 3 community hospitals (Guthrie Lourdes, UHS Wilson & General Hospitals) covering inpatient consults and ED.
• Only 2 FT ENTs on staff, a locum is needed to cover community call.
• No rounding, just consults as requested
• Avg. Call # per 24 hours: 10
• Avg. Call Back hours expected during 24 hour call shift: 2-4
