Requirements:
• Active KS license (or willing to obtain)
• BC/BE in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
• BC in Pediatrics
• DEA
• Clean Record (highly preferred)
• Fellowship-trained in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
