• 100% outpatient; hospital shifts can be added if requested
• Salary has just been increased for this area; highly competitive
• Teach residents as they rotate through from the residency program
• Small community of approximately 1k with plenty to do; 3 hours from Minneapolis, Minnesota
• J-1 and H-1B visas are welcome
• Join a collegial group of providers
• No weekends
• Call is 4 week day evenings per month; phone call is only 4 - 6 weekends per year
