Pay: $290,000 to $325,000 per year

• Must be board certified or board eligible
• Monday through Friday work schedule from 8 am - 5 pm
• Provider needs to be comfortable with C-sections and vaginal deliveries
• FM physician with OB preferred, but will consider an FM physician with experience in OB
• Located 3 hours from Chicago, Illinois
