About the Position

Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant | Indiana

Location: Indiana

Schedule: Monday through Friday clinic schedule. No weekends.

Openings: 3

Position Overview

• Outpatient primary care clinic coverage.
• Responsibilities include acute episodic care, preventive visits, and chronic condition management within scope.

Clinical Scope

• Adult focused patient population.
• EMR: Epic.

Required Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with recent primary care experience.
• Active state license in Indiana.
• DEA required.
• BLS required.
• Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
