About the Position

Anesthesiologist | Rhode Island

Location: Rhode Island

Schedule: 12 hour shifts, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Weekend coverage required as needed.

Openings: 4

Position Overview

• Hospital based anesthesia coverage with day and night shift needs.
• Case mix may include general OR and other site specific cases.

Clinical Details

• EMR: Epic.
• Response time: approximately 20 minutes (site requirement).

Required Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible anesthesiologist.
• Active state medical license in Rhode Island.
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS required (AHA required as applicable).
• DEA required.
• Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.

Travel and Lodging

• Travel and lodging support may be available.

Credentialing

• Credentialing and privileging timeline is typically about 90 days (site dependent).
