What You’ll Do
- Provide specialized neonatal care within a Level-III NICU setting.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatric specialists, and ancillary staff.
- Manage high-risk newborns and support their families through comprehensive care.
- Participate in transport operations staffed by neonatal nurses and respiratory therapists.
- Follow established clinical protocols to ensure high-quality, family-centered healthcare.
- Support and educate families during their neonatal journey.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies.
What You Need
- Current Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Board Certification (no other NP certifications accepted)
- Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience (no new graduates)
- Valid Florida state license and relevant credentials
- Strong teamwork, communication, and clinical skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including 8-hour and 24-hour shifts
