What You’ll Do
- Lead and oversee a team of 3 Pediatric Hospitalists in providing exceptional pediatric care
- Manage newborn nursery care with NICU support from Pediatrix Neonatologists
- Provide expert pediatric consultations in the Emergency Department
- Perform circumcisions and participate in clinical procedures
- Collaborate with Neonatologists and other specialists to deliver integrated patient care
- Participate in CQI initiatives, clinical research, and quality improvement projects
- Foster a positive and productive team environment focused on patient outcomes
- Engage in continuous education and leadership development opportunities
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Pediatric Medical License in Ohio
- Board certification in Pediatrics or Pediatric Hospital Medicine
- 3+ years of pediatric hospitalist experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience leading or managing healthcare teams
- Familiarity with NICU and neonatal care
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
