What You’ll Do

  • Provide comprehensive neonatal care at four hospital NICUs, including diagnosis, treatment, and stabilization
  • Collaborate with NNPs and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient results
  • Manage services such as high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide administration, and total body cooling
  • Rotate among hospital NICUs with schedule coordination
  • Participate in quality improvement and clinical research initiatives
  • Perform procedure support such as intubation and line placement
  • Assist with transport and emergency stabilization as needed

What You Need

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible Neonatologist
  • Active medical license in Nevada or ability to obtain
  • Prior experience in Level III NICU setting preferred
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality neonatal care

About the Assignment

Join a large, well-established neonatology practice serving a busy region with approximately 1,700 annual NICU admissions and over 10,000 births per year. Providers are supported by experienced NNPs and have access to advanced neonatal technology, including ECMO, iNO, and high-frequency ventilation. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant city while making a significant impact on neonatal health.
