What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with Neonatologists to provide quality neonatal care in Level III-IV NICUs and Level II nurseries
- Cover delivery services, including in-house rounds and emergency availability
- Assist with newborn assessments, stabilization, and ongoing NICU care
- Participate in neonatal resuscitations and emergency interventions
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of neonatal health
- Support families and communicate care plans effectively
What You Need
- Required:
- NNP Board Certification (no other NP certifications accepted)
- Licensure in Arizona or eligible to obtain
- Minimum 2 years of neonatal NP experience
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Preferred:
- Experience in Level III-IV NICUs
- Ability to work flexible scheduling
