Compensation & Benefits (Hot Springs):

• Daily Rate: $3,571 per shift.
• Earning Potential: Annual potential ranging from $750,000 to $900,000.
• Incentives: $50,000 sign-on bonus and $10,000 relocation assistance.
• $5,000 annual CME allowance and tuition reimbursement.
