Urology Opportunity in Rock Springs, Wyoming

Our Urology practice offers an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team and meet growing patient demand. With access to top-tier technology and a supportive environment, this position is ideal for a physician ready to take their career to the next level.

Practice Overview

• Join a team with Dr. Cody Christensen, offering comprehensive care for urinary and reproductive health
• 4-day workweek with a mix of clinic and surgery, featuring advanced technology like the Da Vinci robot and MOSES Laser
• Perform robotic, laparoscopic, and general urologic procedures with dedicated OR time, Da Vinci robotics, MOSES Laser, and urodynamics equipment
• Light call schedule with only 10 days of call per month

Schedule

• Balanced schedule with 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday
• One dedicated surgery day per week and daily administrative time
• Flexibility to build your patient panel quickly with blocked OR time available
• Weekend call is infrequent and low burden

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary of $600,000 with a $30,000 sign-on bonus
• Relocation assistance of $10,000 and educational loan repayment up to $90,000
• Comprehensive health benefits, 6 weeks PTO, and a 401k with 7% matching
• CME allowance and malpractice insurance with tail coverage

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Eligible in Urology
• All levels of experience considered, including new graduates
• Comfortable with a full scope of urological procedures
