• FQHC; HPSA 18
• 40-hour work week with full benefits; employed position
• Up to a $250k base salary; must be board certified
• 18 patients per day; must be comfortable with underserved patients
• $20k sign-on bonus; relocation assistance with potential housing
• PTO, 40 hours for CME, 10 holidays, and sick time; malpractice coverage provided
• FM needed; IM considered
