• Partnership track after 1 year
• 4 - 6 weeks of PTO
• Earning potential of $300k+
• Call of 1:3 nights and weekends and 1:5 during evenings
• No procedures, ICU, codes, or rapid response
• Weekend rounding
• See 18 - 20 patients per day with mid-level support
• Relocation and a $25k sign-on bonus
