OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS * Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch; overtime applies after a 9-hour day. On-call: 1:4 weekly hospital call, Friday 0730-Friday 0730. Rounding 1-2 hours each day Monday-Sunday; weekday afternoon rounding 4:00-5:00 PM. * Job Setting: Hospital-based clinic; Trauma Level 2  * Types of Cases: Hematology/Oncology (no medical oncology). Patient encounters include bone marrow biopsies, supervision of chemo clinic patients, covering acute leukemia and inpatient chemo patients, post-Autologous Stem Cell Transplant, and post-CAR-T cell therapy patients. Add-on consults and shared weekday clinic call. 15 patient encounters per shift. * Credentialing: Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60 days. Fellowship required (minimum 3 years). Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Hematology and Oncology in Marshfield, WI - Specialty  Oncology State  WI Location  1000 N Oak Ave, Marshfield, WI 54524 Requirements  Looking for full time HEMATOLOGY/ONCOLOGY (no med onc) locum coverage starting ASAP (best case late Aug). PLEASE ONLY BID LOCUMS WITH FULL TIME AVAILABILITY • M-F, 8-5 with an hour lunch, OT would apply after a 9 hour day • We have 3 MDs and 3 APPs. Support from RN/MA, navigators and in fusion RN's. • We have radiation oncology services at Marshfield location. • Bone marrow biopsies required. • 1:4 weekly hospital call. Friday 0730-Friday 0730. Rounding for 1-2 hours each day Mon-Sun. Weekday afternoon rounding is done again 1600-1700. Covering acute leukemic patients and inpatient chemo patients. Taking phone calls, rarely called in. • Clinic weekday call is shared and essentially for taking any add-on consults and supervising chemo patients for providers that are gone. • Chemo Clinic: each provider supervises their own patients.
