Physician (MD/DO) - Hematology and Oncology in West Virginia - A West Virginia-based healthcare system seeks a Hematologist/Oncologist for a 100% OUTPATIENT practice setting located within a 2.5-hour drive to both Washington, DC and Pittsburgh. About the Practice: * Experienced support staff, including 2 nurse practitioners, RNs, MAs, and office staff * On-site infusion center * Average 15 patients/day * NO CALL * 4-day Clinic / 1-day Administration * Academic appointment available if desired Compensation/Benefits: * Salary $550,000 + productivity bonus including Medical/Vision/Dental/Life/Disability Insurances * Sign-on bonus and Retention bonus * Relocation allowance * PTO - 24 days plus ALL federal holidays off and floating holidays * CME - 5 days off/$6,000 allowance * Paid malpractice * Flex spending accounts * Retirement Plans - 401(a), 403(b) and 457(b) Community/Location: The area includes outdoor activities, including hiking, backpacking, biking, underground caverns, snow skiing, and fly fishing!
