The study aims to determine if inhibiting DNA repair can help eradicate cancer cells in this specific patient group.   Trial 2: Prostate Cancer (Phase III):  * This Phase III trial examines if adding apalutamide to standard post-surgery treatment (radiation and hormone therapy) enhances outcomes in patients with lymph node positive prostate cancer.
