Physician (MD/DO) - Hematology and Oncology - $650,000 to $800,000 per year in Blytheville, AR - Regional Hematology/Oncology Opportunity | Mid-South Impact Join a premier regional extension of an established northeast Arkansas-based practice. This role offers the perfect blend of clinical autonomy and high-level specialty support, all within a short drive of the culture and amenities of Memphis. The Role & Schedule: * Regional Focus: Exclusively serve two brand new and upcoming clinic sites * Quality of Life: Primarily outpatient model with no nights or weekends * Clinical Support: Each site is staffed with a full-time APRN * Inpatient Coverage: Managed by hospitalist teams; the physician provides consultations only during normal working hours * Memphis Proximity: Both sites are approximately 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes from Memphis * Network Integration: Full access to weekly/monthly Tumor Boards via Zoom * Advanced Infrastructure: Robust pharmacy team for pre-authorizations and dedicated infusion revenue cycle support * Streamlined Referrals: Established pathways to Memphis and Little Rock for bone marrow transplants and specialized surgeries Compensation & Benefits: * Guaranteed Salary: $650,000 (two-year guarantee) * Sign-On Bonus: $75,000 (forgiven over two years) * Productivity Bonus: $100 per wRVU over a 6,500 threshold * Time Off: 5 weeks of PTO (inclusive of CME) * Additional Perks: $3,500 CME stipend, employer-paid malpractice, and full IRS-rate mileage reimbursement
