Required Skills: * Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution * Board certification or eligibility in Hematology and Oncology * Valid medical license to practice in Alabama * Proven expertise in managing hematology and oncology cases * Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills * Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Nice to Have Skills: * Experience with inpatient and outpatient oncology care * Familiarity with radiation therapy and infusion procedures * Participation in tumor boards and cancer registries * Prior experience in a hospital setting Preferred Education and Experience: * Completion of a Hematology/Oncology fellowship * Recent graduates or experienced physicians considered * Experience working with diverse patient populations * Visa candidates accepted for 2027 Other Requirements: * Willingness to work days, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM * Shared call at 1:4 * Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care * Ability to adapt to a multidisciplinary team environment Compensation includes competitive pay packages, combining hourly pay and per diem rates, with weekly direct deposit.
