Locum Physician Assistant (PA) - Geriatrics in New York - We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a Locums assignment to convert to Perm (with in 3-6 months) at a primary care practice serving geriatric patients in a value-based care model. This is a hybrid role with blend of coverage in outpatient clinics as well as home-based patient care.
