Bid due: April 18th by 5 PM EST.   Schedule/Availability Requirements: • All shifts end the following day at (8a) • May 7-12 • May 17-23 • May 31-June 4 • June 12-17 • June 28-July 7 • July 22-25 • Ongoing dates will be available as they make their schedules out.   DESCRIPTION: ·       Call - General Surgery and Trauma Level III ·       EMR: EPIC ·       Support Staff: Frequently there is a second set of hands during the day. Two employed surgeons that are often around during the day. Often at night and the weekend they will be solo.  Low volume, most of the consults come from the ED. The ED volume is 25 PPD, and a level 3 Trauma facility.  ·       Travel/Lodging: Airfare, Lodging, Rental Car, Milage   REQUIRED:  Board Certified General Surgery. Active CO license - Required or IMLC (LOQ at time of Submission) Active ATLS, DEA. Must be available for any of the dates listed in the job description. Must disclose # of shifts ongoing provider can present to the site.
