Physician Assistant (PA) - Gastroenterology in Buffalo, WY - We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing outpatient Gastroenterology practice. This full-time opportunity offers a flexible schedule, excellent compensation, and the chance to practice in beautiful rural Wyoming while working alongside an experienced gastroenterology team. No prior Gastroenterology experience is required—providers with a strong primary care or internal medicine background are encouraged to apply. Position Details * Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time * Practice Setting: Outpatient Gastroenterology * Patient Population: Adults * Patient Volume: Approximately 12–16 patients per day * Schedule Includes: * 2 days per week in Sheridan * 2 days per week in Gillette/Buffalo * 1 remote administrative day each week * Travel: Travel expenses between clinic locations are fully covered Responsibilities * Evaluate and manage adult patients with acute and chronic gastrointestinal conditions. * Conduct new patient consultations and follow-up visits. * Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory studies. * Develop treatment plans and provide patient education. * Collaborate with gastroenterologists and clinical staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. * Complete timely and accurate EMR documentation.
