Salary: $125K-$135K plus a lucrative RVU structure. The current APP averages over $200K a year. Job Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages in a clinic setting under the supervision of a DO. Manage 18–20 patients per day on average. Perform required clinical procedures and document using the Cerner Community Works EMR system. Participate in a shared call rotation (1:5; call includes walk-in clinic coverage on Saturday mornings). Support emergency department care as needed; ER cases take priority. May admit patients to inpatient setting; MD/DO provides hospital follow-up.
