We are seeking a dedicated and experienced  Advanced Practice Provider  to join a full-time family medicine clinic practice within a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital. This position is replacing a retiring provider and offers a dynamic role with the opportunity to provide high-quality care in a collaborative rural healthcare setting. Salary: $125K-$135K plus a lucrative RVU structure. The current APP averages over $200K a year. Job Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages in a clinic setting under the supervision of a DO. Manage 18–20 patients per day on average. Perform required clinical procedures and document using the Cerner Community Works EMR system. Participate in a shared call rotation (1:5; call includes walk-in clinic coverage on Saturday mornings). Support emergency department care as needed; ER cases take priority. May admit patients to inpatient setting; MD/DO provides hospital follow-up. Qualifications Licensure as an APRN or PA-C (must meet state-specific requirements) DEA certification BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS certifications Eligibility for Medicare and Medicaid billing Ability to work independently with physician oversight Working Hours Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday, with one weekday off. Saturday Walk-in Clinic: 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM (only if on call). Call Schedule: Shared rotation 1:5.
