This is a unique, high-impact role supporting both clinic-based primary care across the lifespan and pediatric inpatient services in a critical access hospital setting. This is an ideal opportunity for a physician who values broad clinical scope, autonomy, and meaningful community impact . * Clinic: 3 days per week * Call: ~8 pediatric 24-hour call shifts per month (flexible based on coverage needs) * Responsibilities: * Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages * Manage pediatric inpatient care and emergency stabilization * Perform newborn resuscitation * Respond to pediatric call within 20 minutes * Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams * Maintain accurate and timely documentation
