Responsibilities include setting and enforcing policies, supervising dentists/hygienists, ensuring compliance, quality assurance, strategic planning, community representation, integration with medical/behavioral services, and overseeing operations such as staffing, scheduling, infection control, and patient access. The role combines administrative leadership with direct patient care and strategic program growth. Education & Experience - D.D.S. or D.M.D. from an accredited institution - GA dental license or GA license eligible - Current DEA license - Current BLS or ACLS for healthcare - Minimum 5 years clinical experience; advanced dental training preferred - Spanish language knowledge helpful - Familiarity with FQHC preferred - Ability to travel between sites as needed
