This Medical Director role involves a blend of clinical general dentistry and significant administrative leadership responsibilities, with a flexible schedule offering either five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts weekly. Responsibilities and Duties * Serve as Medical Director, balancing clinical general dentistry with administrative leadership responsibilities. * Provide comprehensive clinical general dentistry services. * Oversee all dental operations, staff, patient care delivery, and strategic growth of the dental program. * Manage quality assurance, infection control, and equipment maintenance, ensuring compliance with OSHA, state, and accreditation requirements. * Supervise hygienists, dental assistants, and support staff, developing policies, protocols, and performance standards.
