The privileging timeframe is 90 days, and the case types include orthopedic and neurological procedures, with neuraxial and peripheral blocks. Board certification or fellowship is required. Candidates needing to obtain a state license are accepted. Shifts are 10 hours with no call, though occasional Saturday work is required, specifically on the 2nd and 3rd Saturdays of the month. Regular hours do not include in-house call or on-call duties during weeknights or weekends, and no overtime is expected. The hospital uses the Thrive charting system, has 10 anesthesia rooms, and MDs supervise CRNAs at a ratio of 10:1, but MDs do not perform their own cases.
