Team and Procedure Volume: Our team currently includes two experienced Cardiovascular Surgeons and three Advanced Practice Providers, working collaboratively to perform approximately 90 surgeries and procedures each month. This volume provides ample opportunities for hands-on experience and professional growth. Qualifications: * Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program and current certification/licensure as a PA in Louisiana. * Prior experience in cardiovascular or cardiothoracic surgical settings is preferred but not mandatory. * Ability to perform confidently in inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings. * Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented approach. * Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
