The facility is located in southern Colorado. The schedule is preferred to be 7 - 10 days per month or 2 weekends long term. There will be inpatient and OR only. The required procedures will be Cardiac, Thoracic, and no Vascular. There will be PA support. The EMR system is EPIC. The credentialing timeframe will be around 60 days, sooner if the record is clean.
