This role focuses on comprehensive inpatient care, including the management of advanced heart failure, heart transplant evaluations and follow-ups, LVAD patients, and various cardiomyopathy and pulmonary hypertension cases. Responsibilities and Duties * Manage advanced heart failure patients. * Conduct heart transplant evaluations and follow-up care. * Provide post-heart transplant management. * Care for LVAD patients. * Manage cardiomyopathy and pulmonary hypertension cases. * Monitor cardiac transplant rejection. * Manage immunosuppressive medications. * Perform new patient evaluations and follow-up visits. * Handle medication management and titration. * Review labs, ECGs, echocardiograms, and biopsy results. * Coordinate multidisciplinary transplant care. * Manage hospital admissions/discharges (inpatient). * Provide patient education.
