Minimum Education Requirements * Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school. * Residency training program in internal medicine accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or the American Osteopathic Association (AOA). * Completion of a fellowship in cardiology, with a subspecialty fellowship in clinical cardiac electrophysiology. * License & Certifications: * Board certification in cardiovascular disease with additional certification in clinical cardiac electrophysiology by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). * Active and unrestricted medical license in Arizona.
