Well-known for its patient-centered services, the hospital and its staff have won numerous state and national awards for quality in both customer service and clinical performance. The Hospital has over 500 employees, 40 active medical staff providers, 125 courtesy and consulting physicians, and 30 volunteers. Call coverage is required on an every-other-day basis following the shift, with a call ratio of 1:2; callback volume is minimal. Board certification is required for all clinicians in this role.
