The surgical case mix includes general and cardiac procedures across 16 anesthesia rooms, with the anesthesiologist supervising CRNAs under a 1:3-4 staffing model while also performing independent cases. Documentation is conducted via Epic EMR for all patient care activities. Board certification in Anesthesiology and a cardiac fellowship are required; candidates without a Florida license will be considered, with a credentialing timeframe of 30 days.
