Credentialing can begin with pending license. JOB REQUIREMENTS * Licenses: Active Arizona license or IMLC * Board: Board Certified within the last 5 years * Experience: Minimum 2 years recent CRNA experience in a hospital setting * Other Qualifications: Must be eligible to see Medicare patients; no significant malpractice or license suspensions; residency and board status verified DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care in a supervised model. * Provide anesthesia coverage for obstetrics, including high-risk OB cases, as well as pediatric and neuro cases. * Participate in night and weekend shift rotations, including 3–6 night shifts per month. * Maintain flexibility to work days, nights, and at least one full weekend shift per month across OB and OR settings. * Ensure compliance with Medicare requirements and uphold patient safety standards.
