Physician (MD/DO) - Administration in Boston, MA - Excellent opportunity for a mid-career, Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician. The Regional Medical Director will lead multiple outpatient Primary Care sites in and around Boston, MA. This is a hybrid corporate/clinical role, with approximately three days per week focused on administrative and strategic initiatives and one - two days per week providing patient care at one of the local sites. Physician (MD/DO) - Administration in Amherst, MA - We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Director to provide clinical leadership and oversight across our primary care practices in Northampton and Amherst, MA. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care while supporting providers, optimizing operations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Medical Director will maintain an active clinical practice (70%) while dedicating administrative time (30%) to leadership responsibilities.
