Physician (MD/DO) - Administration in Boston, MA - Excellent opportunity for a mid-career, Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician. The Regional Medical Director will lead multiple outpatient Primary Care sites in and around Boston, MA. This is a hybrid corporate/clinical role, with approximately three days per week focused on administrative and strategic initiatives and one - two days per week providing patient care at one of the local sites. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care while supporting providers, optimizing operations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Medical Director will maintain an active clinical practice (70%) while dedicating administrative time (30%) to leadership responsibilities.
