Locum Physician Assistant (PA) - Trauma Surgery in Michigan - A facility with EPIC is seeking a physician assistant for locum tenens coverage. There are many places to visit while on assignment in Central Michigan! Take a trip to Belle Isle Park, Mackinac Island, or the Detroit Zoo! The schedule is 7 on - 7 off. Cases/procedures include Chest tubes, central lines, arterial lines, sutures, and assisting with bedside tracheostomy/peg tube placement They will also be rounding and coordinating care on trauma/acute care general surgery patients with attending surgeon, responding to trauma activations in the ED, inpatient and ED consults, writing H&P and progress notes, responding to inpatient nursing and ancillary department inquiries.
