I had never considered contract work much in the past until a fantastic opportunity opened and was managed by Taylor Kennedy. As a Forensic Psychiatrist, the job was ideal but I never imagined the support, looking out for my best interests, ensuring a good work environment and becoming personally involved in your well being. This is not a company or man that just provides housing and a car, but is invested in your future career. After practicing for 14-years and trying only one Locum position I can easily say this is one of the best work experiences I have had!! He makes you feel like a part of the family and not a, "Contract employee." In fact, despite many permanent offers, I have no current plans to end my relationship with Taylor.
He simply goes above and beyond for you and even though we all know it is a buyer's market for Psychiatrist's today, you will never go wrong working with or at least taking advice form Taylor. The best!!
