Locum Physician Assistant (PA) - Pathology in Lubbock, TX - A large multi-specialty hospital is seeking an Anatomic/Clinical Pathology physician assistant for locum tenens coverage. While in Lubbock, Texas, visit the National Ranching Heritage Center, the Silent Wings Museum, or the McPherson Cellars Winery! The schedule is full-time, 8AM-5PM. Cases are grossing (2 labs + 2 pathologist on site), General pathology, GI, Breast, Skin, and Derm. They can pass any cases they are not comfortable with back to the pathologist onsite. Locum Physician Assistant (PA) - Pathology in New York - A facility an hour outside of Albany, NY is looking for a locum tenens Pathology Assistant to assist with a maternity leave starting on May 20th. Candidates must be ASCP certified to apply. Credentialing will take approximately 30 days. The facility is located an hour outside of Albany, NY. Cases are small biopsies, benign uteri, colon resections benign and malignant, placentas, toes, breast lumpectomies and mastectomy specimens, oriented skin resections, gallbladders, appendices as well as fresh needle core biopsies for lymphoma workup (need to do touch prep and submit for flow cytometry). Grossing is required.
