Nationally Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Details:  * Location: Chinle, AZ * Dates coverage is needed:  June – 3 months (with 3 month option to extend) * Schedule/Shifts Times:  Monday – Friday, 8a – 4:30p * Call Requirements: None * % inpatient / % outpatient: Outpatient only * Patient Volume:  15-20 patients per day average * Patient Ages:  all ages * Types of Cases: outpatient * Support Staff: yes – RN’s, NP/PA, & Physicians on staff * Type of Charting: EMR – RPMS
