Locum Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Neurosurgery - $70 to $100 per hour in Wisconsin - Nurse Practitioner needed in Wisconsin for Neurosurgery coverage. Must be Board Certified, have current DEA, and WI state license/be willing to obtain state licensure. Inpatient and outpatient responsibilities: Call, clinic and surgery. Shifts will be four 10s and five 8s with 1:4-5 call requirement. Will see 12 patients per day. Duties include surgical first assist; bedside procedures; rounding independently in all hospital units including NICU, PICU, Peds, ICU (surgical and medical), and general med/surg floor; hospital and ER/UC consults; clinic duties including outpatient consultations, post-operative/post-hospital patient care, fracture care, patient phone calls, medication refills, and FMLA documentation.Support staff includes 2 Neurosurgeons, 4 APPs.
