The rich cultural heritage and the scenic beauty of the area provide a fulfilling and balanced lifestyle.   Practice Details: You will be responsible for maintaining and building a full scope nephrology practice, encompassing both outpatient and inpatient responsibilities, along with Medical Directorship at a reputable dialysis site.   Clinical Schedule: * Flexible 4.5-day work week with a fixed half day, allowing for clinic, hospital rounds, and consults as per your preference. * One week per month dedicated to a dialysis site, ensuring comprehensive nephrology care. Practice Infrastructure: * Modern medical office space, fully equipped with private physician offices, and a range of onsite medical facilities ensuring efficient practice operations. Medical Director Role: * Play a critical role in overseeing the Nephrology department, fostering a collaborative and patient-centered care environment.
