Locum Physician Assistant (PA) - Pathology in New York - A facility an hour outside of Albany, NY is looking for a locum tenens Pathology Assistant to assist with a maternity leave starting on May 20th. Candidates must be ASCP certified to apply. Credentialing will take approximately 30 days. The facility is located an hour outside of Albany, NY. Cases are small biopsies, benign uteri, colon resections benign and malignant, placentas, toes, breast lumpectomies and mastectomy specimens, oriented skin resections, gallbladders, appendices as well as fresh needle core biopsies for lymphoma workup (need to do touch prep and submit for flow cytometry). Grossing is required. Locum Physician Assistant (PA) - Emergency Medicine in New York, NY - An ED in Manhattan is seeking PA support. As much as you've heard about New York City there are still constantly changing things to do. Everywhere you look, you can find little coffee shops to stop in or bars to have a drink at after work! Take some time at Central Park to take in the sites while on assignment. There are tours for everything in the city so be sure to research what you want to do before heading to the city that never sleeps. The schedule is 12hr ED shifts in the main ED and triage. This includes acute and chronic patients.
