Call Schedule: Weekends preferred, but not required. Types of Cases: general, ortho, endo, eyes, OB, etc Ages of patients: All ages Ratio of MDs to CRNAs? 2 MD’s, 7 CRNA’s # of OR’s our provider will need to cover: 7 OR’s a day Can you accept Board Eligible: Yes Can you accept a New Grad: Yes Paper Charting Certifications Required (ACLS, BLS, PALS)?
