NP Takes Primary Call

Join our well-established GI team at a not-for-profit community-based practice. We utilize CRNAs and comprehensive Anesthesia coverage, alongside advanced onsite ancillary services. We encourage all physicians who are board-certified or truly board-eligible to apply! New graduates, experienced physicians, and Visa candidates are all encouraged to apply.

Practice Setting:

• Not-for-profit, 435-bed hospital serving the large surrounding communities, total patient capture is over 300,000 in population
• Join a GI team of 2 physicians and 3 highly skilled APPs
• CRNAs and Anesthesia coverage on-site 24/7
• Facilities include state-of-the-art technology in the OR and the endoscopy suite

Schedule:

• 4-day work-week split between clinic days and plenty of OR time
• Provider will be covering 2 locations 
  • Very light call; I almost feel bad mentioning it. Your NP takes primary call, rare instances of weekday nights and weekend calls

Compensation and Benefits:

• Guaranteed base salary for the first year with wRVU model
  • Earning potential of $850,000+
• $75,000 commencement bonus, relocation assistance, student loan assistance, and training stipend are available
