Practice Setting:

• Join a thriving ENT practice alongside three full-time physicians
• Experience support in a patient-centered, team-based, and collaborative work environment characterized by low turnover and high patient satisfaction

Compensation & Benefits:

• Benefit from a competitive base salary of $480,000 annually followed by a wRVU production structure
