Practice Details:

• Offers comprehensive pediatric care, including wellness, diagnostic, and screening services, with referrals for sub-specialist attention or advanced laboratory work
• Expectation to build a full patient panel within one year, with scheduled appointments for 20-25 patients daily
  • Enjoy a supportive environment with no call responsibilities and experienced support staff
  • Utilize a customized EMR system in a new advanced clinic

• Outpatient-only role with no call obligations, allowing for a healthy work-life balance

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary of $187,500 with potential for upside earning through quality and productivity bonuses- experienced nurse practitioners are making $250,000
