We have excellent opportunities for locum CRNA's who are interested and available to provide either full-time or part-time coverage to a client of ours about an hour outside of Pittsburgh, PA. Details of the position are below: * Need:  CRNA with Pennsylvania license  * Coverage : Full-Time preferred, will consider Part-Time * Location : Clearfield County in Pennsylvania - Hospital just transitioned to a Level 2 Trauma Center * Schedule:  8-hour shifts Monday - Friday; may consider 10-hour shifts * Call : Backup call (2nd call) 2-3 weekdays per month. Weekend backup call (2nd call) is needed once every 6-7 weeks.     * Types of Cases : General, ENT (with some healthy Peds), GYN, OB, Plastics, Endo, Urology, Ortho, and Cardio-Thoracic.  The client would like locums to do vascular, thoracic and neuro cases as well/ OB is optional. Peds and Neuro not required, but is helpful. Trama cases would be covered by staff CRNA. Cardiac procedures are not required. * Average Volume : Approximately 60 Anesthesia cases per day. No one CRNA is responsible for all the cases in the OR. The case volume depends on daily assignment. Some examples would be GI which might do 10-15 cases, cystoscopies 6-8 procedures, and general cases 3-4. * Staff:   Client has 3-4 anesthesiologists a day and anywhere from 15-18 CRNAs on a day. * Supervision : Medical direction.
